You can also take it if you start feeling under the weather. Or really if you need to wake up because this will help!
Immunity Shot:
- 3 carrots
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1” ginger
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½-1 cup of water
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
