Welcome to Happi Health Adventures! We are so excited for you to come on this journey of health, nature, and exploration with us. Located in Utah, we are a team of three women that are passionate about being healthy, staying active, and being outdoors connecting to Mother Earth. We decided to share this passion with other strong women like you! So let’s start this expedition of health and self-discovery, get outside, and have a blast!
Our retreats focus on three aspects of health and living in accordance with natural law: connecting to yourself, connecting to nature, and health and well-being. When we fall out of balance with natural law, that is when a mistake of our inner wisdom, and our inner intellect can happen, and our bodies become out of balance which can lead to mental and physical disharmony.
Connecting to Yourself: Our retreats offer a sacred journey of self-exploration, guiding participants to delve into their inner landscapes, discover their true essence, and cultivate self-awareness. Through mindfulness practices, introspective exercises, and guided meditations, we empower women to connect with their authentic selves, nourish their inner wisdom, and embrace their innate power.
Connecting to Nature: We believe in the profound healing and transformative power of nature. Our retreats provide an opportunity for women to immerse themselves in the natural world, fostering a deep connection with the Earth and its elements. Through backpacking expeditions in awe-inspiring landscapes, participants can experience the serenity, beauty, and wisdom of nature, rejuvenating their spirits and nurturing a sense of harmony and interconnectedness.
Health and Well-being: We prioritize the holistic well-being of women, recognizing that true empowerment encompasses physical, mental, and emotional health. Our retreats integrate mindful movements, such as yoga, physical activity, and Ayurvedic consultations to promote vitality, balance, and harmony. We provide nourishing meals, restorative practices, and self-care rituals to support emotional well-being and rejuvenation.
I knew something had to change, which led me on a path to get my bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Health Sciences, become a yoga teacher, and walk the path myself to healing and wellness.
A decade later, in my 40s, I actually feel the best I’ve felt in my life -I’m confident, energized, and feel more alive, like I have become the truest version of myself, finally! It is a great feeling and one I want for you too! Making my passion for health and wellness contagious is what I’m all about.
